What warranty comes with Comhar?
5 years on the frame, motor and mechanisms; 2 years on the controller, switch, electronics and chipboard desktop. The limited warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship — including motors, mechanical parts, metal components, and electrical parts. If a defect is confirmed, Apex Stand will replace the faulty parts at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't available and repair isn't practical, a full refund may be issued in exchange for the return of the product.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Damage from failure to follow the included instructions
- Third-party accessories or components not made by FlexiSpot
- Products with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any unauthorized alterations
Do I pay shipping for a warranty replacement?
No — if your product is confirmed defective under warranty, Apex Stand ships the replacement to you at no charge anywhere within continental Canada via FedEx or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at your expense if needed. Shipping outside continental Canada is at the buyer's cost.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email orders@apexstand.ca with your Apex Stand order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We coordinate the claim with FlexiSpot.
What are Comhar’s height ranges?
48 × 24 in: 28.3–48 in. 55 × 28 in: 28.7–48 in. Check the minimum height against your seated setup before ordering.
How much weight can Comhar support?
48 × 24 in: up to 100 lb. 55 × 28 in: up to 110 lb. Count your monitor, computer and all accessories in the total load.
Which desktop materials and finishes are offered?
This listing offers chipboard in Maple, White and Black. Sizes and prices depend on the selected combination. This listing does not include a glass desktop.
Does Comhar have memory presets and a child lock?
Yes. The keypad includes programmable height presets, a digital display, a child lock and USB charging. Follow the included manual to set up and operate these features.
How is Comhar assembled?
FlexiSpot describes assembly in three steps. Follow the included model-specific manual. Have a second adult help lift and turn the desk safely. Assembly time varies.
How do I reset my standing desk?
If your desk is unresponsive or behaving unexpectedly:
- Unplug the desk from the wall
- Wait 30 seconds, then plug back in
- Press and hold the Down button for 10–15 seconds until the desk fully lowers and the display resets

How do I track, change or cancel my order?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. For a change, contact orders@apexstand.ca immediately. Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of ordering; orders already processing or shipped may need to follow the return process. See our return policy for full terms.
What are the return conditions?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with free return shipping. Disassemble and repack the item as originally received with all parts, manuals and accessories. Email returns@apexstand.ca for approval and an RMA before sending anything back. Exclusions and condition requirements apply. Refunds follow receipt and inspection; bank processing takes additional time. Full return policy.
