Shipping

🚚 Free Shipping Across Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. Orders to Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories may be subject to additional carrier fees. Please note that we're unable to deliver to PO boxes.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days once processed. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

⏱ Order Processing
In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive two emails: one confirming your order, and one with your tracking number once it ships.

📸 Photo Proof of Delivery
Every shipment includes Photo Proof of Delivery as standard, giving you an added layer of confidence that your order has arrived safely. If you'd prefer this removed from your order, reach out to us before your shipment goes out and we'll review your options. Please note that removing this protection means we're unable to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, so we recommend keeping it in place.

Note: Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If your order has more than one item, don't be surprised if they arrive separately — a second tracking number usually follows within 1–2 business days.

↩️ 30-Day Returns
Not happy? Return any item within 30 days of delivery in like-new condition for a full refund — no restocking fees, no return shipping charges. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

In the rare case of a defect or error on our end, we cover everything.

Nova Task Light

Put useful light where your work happens. Nova combines an articulated arm, a circular light head and one-touch control for reading, screen work and video meetings.

Light that follows your day

Reposition the arm and tilt the head as you move between paperwork and your screen. Aim the light towards your face for video calls, keeping the source outside your direct line of sight.

Light that follows your day

See colour clearly

The optical light guide spreads the light across the head instead of exposing a cluster of bright LED points. A CRI of 91+ supports accurate colour rendering. These configurations use a fixed 4000 K cool-white source; dimming changes brightness, not colour temperature.

See colour clearly

One touch, less readjusting

Adjust brightness at the light head. Nova remembers the last brightness setting, and its occupancy sensor manages the light when you enter or leave the workspace.

Choose the right mount

Select Desktop Base for a freestanding lamp, Clamp Mount to secure it at the desk edge, Universal Slatwall for a compatible rail, or Wall Mount for a fixed installation. Check the installation guide and mounting surface before ordering. The selected mount is included; the standard desktop base does not include wireless charging.

Choose the right mount

Designed for everyday movement

An aluminium body and steel hinges support repeated repositioning. The integrated LED system uses 7 W. Keep cable slack clear of the moving parts of a sit-stand desk.

Designed for everyday movement

Who is it for?

Nova suits people who regularly change tasks or join video calls and want a flexible, neutral-to-cool work light. Choose your mounting method to suit the desk or wall, then select white, black or light grey.

Disconnect the lamp from power before cleaning. Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For routine marks, wipe exterior surfaces gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.

Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, abrasive pads, harsh solvents and bleach. Never spray liquids onto the lamp, immerse the light or let moisture enter joints, controls or the power supply. Let every surface dry before reconnecting power.

Keep the cable away from liquids, heat and moving desk components. Do not use a damaged cord or power supply. The LED light source is not user-replaceable; contact Apex Stand for service rather than opening the fixture.

Customer Reviews

Have a question?

We're Here to Help!

Can I change the colour temperature?

These Nova configurations provide a fixed 4000 K cool-white light. The touch dimmer changes brightness, not the colour temperature. Choose it if you prefer a crisp light for reading, paperwork and screen work.

Which mounting option should I choose?

Choose Desktop Base for a freestanding lamp that can move around the desk. Clamp Mount attaches at the desk edge; Universal Slatwall needs a compatible rail; Wall Mount is a fixed installation. Before ordering, check your mounting surface and the installation guide in Specifications.

Does the desktop base charge my phone?

The standard Desktop Base offered here does not include wireless charging or USB charging. It supports the lamp; use a separate charger for your devices.

Why does the light turn on or off by itself?

Nova has an occupancy sensor that responds to activity around the workspace. It manages the light automatically when you arrive or leave. The light also remembers your last brightness setting.

Can I use Nova for video calls?

Yes. Reposition the arm and tilt the head to light your face while keeping the source outside your direct line of sight. Adjust the brightness for the room and check your camera preview to avoid reflections on glasses or screens.

What is included with my configuration?

Your Nova light includes the selected mount and a North American power supply. The colour, mount and SKU shown above identify your configuration. Desks, screens and other accessories in workspace photos are not included.
