Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Apex Stand, and we aim to keep our return process clear and fair.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: final sale items, clearance items, used items, customized or made-to-order products, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the condition requirements listed in this policy.

How to start a return

To start a return, email [returns@apexstand.ca] with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps required.
Items sent back without return authorization may be refused.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [returns@apexstand.ca] with photos and your order number.
Once reviewed, we’ll work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund after it has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items.
If you need a different product, size, or finish, the fastest option is usually to return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Order cancellations

Orders canceled after fulfillment has begun may be subject to cancellation or administration fees, and if the order has already shipped, return shipping charges may also apply.
Any refund for a canceled order will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and limit the support options we can offer.
