Price Match Guarantee

We work hard to keep Apex Stand pricing competitive so you can shop with confidence.

If you find a lower advertised price online for the same item, we’ll match it (and if you already purchased, we’ll refund the difference when eligible).

What qualifies

To be eligible, the item and the offer must meet all of the following:

  • Identical product: same brand, model/part number, size, and color (where applicable).
  • In stock and available for purchase from the competitor at the time we verify the request.
  • Competitor is an authorized Canadian retailer/dealer, and the item is sold and shipped by that retailer (not a marketplace/third‑party seller).
  • Price is in Canadian dollars and is publicly viewable (no “request a quote,” login-only pricing, or private offers).
  • Comparison is based on the total delivered cost where possible (item price plus shipping and any clearly stated fees/charges).

Time window

  • Price match requests must be submitted within six months of your order date (you can change this window if you prefer).
  • If we run a lower price on ApexStand.ca for the same item within that same window, we’ll refund the difference when requested.

What doesn’t qualify

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, open‑box, refurbished, used, or “final sale” items.
  • Bundles, freebies, rebates, “buy one get one,” subscription pricing, limited-time coupons, loyalty/member pricing, or financing-related promotions.
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or “too good to be true” offers.
  • Auction sites, classifieds, or discount/marketplace listings where the seller isn’t an authorized retailer (including third‑party marketplace sellers).
  • Differences in warranty coverage, included accessories, condition, delivery timeframes, or service levels.

Note: Sales taxes are excluded from the comparison (because taxes vary by province and order details).

How to request a price match

Email us at [support@apexstand.ca] with:

  • Your order number (if you already purchased).
  • A link to the Apex Stand product page.
  • A link to the competitor’s page showing the lower advertised price, plus a screenshot (recommended).
  • The competitor’s shipping cost (or the page section showing it), and your delivery postal code (so we can compare delivered price fairly).

We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s offer and to approve or deny requests at our discretion.

How refunds work

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the difference (processing time depends on your bank/payment provider).

This policy may be updated at any time without notice; the version in effect at the time of your request applies.
