NeatTech EcoKnit: a place for every connection.
The best part of a well-organized desk is the space it gives back. NeatTech EcoKnit gathers power cords, adapters and compatible power strips beneath the work surface in a soft-sided basket. Your connections stay close to the equipment they serve, while the floor and the area around your feet become easier to use.
A cleaner surface. A calmer space below.
Instead of letting loose cords hang between the desktop and the floor, route them into the basket. Its flexible construction creates a defined place for excess cable length and power adapters without enclosing everything in a rigid box. Internal fastening strips hold the contents in position, helping your workstation stay organized as equipment changes.
Follow your desk from sitting to standing.
Mounted under the desktop, NeatTech rises and lowers with a height-adjustable desk. Keep connections together near the work surface, with sufficient slack for the cables that run to the wall. Check the desk’s full travel before use and keep cords clear of the moving frame. The same basket can also organize a suitable fixed-height desk.
Fold down. Reconnect. Carry on.
A tidy setup should still be easy to change. Release the basket from the accessible hooks and fold it down to reach a charger or exchange a cable. The internal hook-and-loop straps keep compatible items together while you work. Once everything is arranged, lift and secure the basket again.
A considered route for every connection.
The cable pass-through reveal provides an opening for cords to enter and leave the basket. Bring device cables down from the desktop, contain excess length inside and route power toward the outlet. Avoid tight bends and maintain the ventilation and clearances required by the equipment placed in the basket.
EcoKnit: texture with another useful life.
FormSense EcoKnit is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester using the supplier’s zero-waste manufacturing process. Humanscale lists 17 recycled plastic bottles for Mini, 28 for Small and 34 for Large. Choose Midnight, Evergreen, Storm, Vapor, Wine or Soft Black to introduce a textile finish beneath your desk.
One design. Three lengths.
Mini is 24 in (610 mm) long, Small is 38 in (965 mm) and Large is 48 in (1219 mm). The supplier’s drawing shows a 4 in (102 mm) by 4.5 in (114 mm) cross-section. Measure the usable area beneath your desktop, allowing room for the desk frame, controls and the basket to open. Choose your size and color; the SKU, price and product images follow the selection. Four screws, with the right preparation.
The mounting hooks attach beneath the work surface with four screws. The guide supplies hole spacing for each size and explains which supplied screw length to use according to desktop thickness. Check that your surface can accept the fasteners before installation. Secure the cables and compatible equipment with the internal straps, then close the basket as directed.
Details that stay useful over time.
NeatTech EcoKnit supports up to 10 lb (4.5 kg). Power strips, chargers, electronics, desks and other staged accessories are not included. Follow the care instructions for EcoKnit in Trust & Care. At its discretion, Apex Stand may repair or replace covered items; doing so does not extend the original warranty term. What warranty comes with standing desks?
Warranty coverage varies by product category. Many of our seating and desk-base products carry warranties of up to 15 years, with shorter coverage on select components such as fabric, cushions, and arm pads. All warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Full warranty terms for a specific item are listed on that product's page.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. At the time you receive your product, it will be in good working order and free from such defects for the duration of the warranty term listed on that product's page. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product or part with the same or a comparable item — repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow the included installation or usage instructions
- Damage from service, maintenance, modifications, or tampering performed by anyone other than an authorized representative
- Damage occurring during carrier transportation, or alterations made by the owner
- Acts of God, electrical power issues, or failure to perform routine preventative maintenance
- Parts, components, or peripherals not supplied by us
- On leather-upholstered items: natural characteristics such as growth marks, scars, veins, or grain variation, which are typical of genuine leather and not considered defects
- On electric height-adjustable table bases: modifying or tampering with any part of the base voids the warranty

Do I pay shipping for a warranty replacement?
If your item arrives damaged, shows shortages, or has a delivery issue, note it on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery if possible, then contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We handle the freight claim directly and will review it to determine next steps, including replacement or credit where appropriate.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us at support@apexstand.ca with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue. We'll open the case and manage the entire process for you.
What height range and weight capacity do your desks and chairs support?
Height range and weight capacity vary by model and configuration. Exact figures — including specific load and surface requirements for electric desk bases — are listed in the specifications section of each product page.
What desktop materials are available?
Depending on the model, worksurfaces are available in the following materials:
- Powder-Coated MDF — a durable, formaldehyde-free core with a smooth, wear-resistant finish
- Laminate — a scratch-resistant, high-pressure surface bonded to a formaldehyde-free MDF core
- Solid Wood — natural grain construction that can be refinished over time

Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Some products require light assembly, while others arrive ready to use. Assembly instructions are included where applicable. Professional installation isn't included with online orders but may be requested for an additional fee (minimum 315 CAD, subject to availability and region).
How do I place, track, or change my order?

- Track your order: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. All parcel shipments include photo proof of delivery and require a signature upon receipt.
- Change or cancel your order: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement — contact us as soon as possible, since we begin processing orders quickly. Changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible once the order has entered fulfillment.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a return is requested within 30 days of receiving your product, we provide a prepaid return label, provided the item is in resaleable condition and proof of purchase is included. Returns requested between 30 and 90 days may be considered at our discretion and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization — email returns@apexstand.ca to begin the process.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, typically within 3–5 business days. If you paid via an installment plan, refunds are processed back through that payment provider, and timing may vary accordingly.
